より良い人生を生きるために、私たちはお茶を育てる
私たちは限界集落で見放された茶畑を再生し、個性ある無肥料無農薬のお茶を作っています。
身近にある大地の力を感じることができる野草や、無農薬無肥料の自然栽培で育てたお茶を作り、世の中に届けたい。その土地でしか出せない個性ある味を「楽しい」と思って欲しいと考えています。
多様性という言葉を放てば放つほど、多様性という括りに縛られる息苦しい世の中で、私たちの作るお茶は、もっと自由に楽しく、個性を認めあえる存在になりたい。そしてこの活動を通じて、集落内で新たな仕事を作り、その仕事を通じて、社会との接点や生きる楽しみを創造したいと願っています。
We grow tea to live a better life
We regenerate tea plantations that have been abandoned in marginalized villages, and make tea with no fertilizers and pesticides.
We make organic tea using natural farming methods, using the wild grasses and the power of the earth around us. We would like to deliver it to the world. We hope that people enjoy “the unique, natural, organic taste”.
In a stuffy, ever changing, fast paced world with all its diverse choices we need to take time to enjoy the more natural, wholesome things in life. We hope that with our tea you take just a moment for self-reflection and your connections to others.
Through our efforts, we hope to bring new jobs and opportunities to these marginalized villages and raise the standard of living.
